Shipping and Handling:
  • A Trinity Forum employee will always review any shipping charges that appear on the online shopping cart before your credit card is charged.
  • We normally charge shipping and handling at approximately 20% plus $5.00 per order for U.S. orders. FedEx shipping is available. Please specify in the comments field on the order form. Products ship from our fulfillment center in Orlando, Florida.
  • We do not charge shipping for event registrations, digital downloads, or donations.
  • International shipping will be charged our costs plus a $5 handling fee. International orders will be sent Airmail Parcel Post, which usually takes 4-10 days. If you would like to use FedEx (overnight or express) or Economy Parcel Post (4-6 weeks), please specify this in the comments field on the order form.
Digital Downloads:
  • Most orders for digital downloads will be processed automatically and should be available for download immediately.
  • If your order is not processed automatically, your download may not become immediately available. Please wait for an e-mail with an update on your order, which will arrive once our staff can confirm your order. We will process all orders within 12 to 24 hours during business days.
  • If you come back later to your order confirmation page to download your purchase, please have handy the number of the credit card used for the purchase. The Yahoo store will require it before you can make your download. (You may download your digital purchases at any time. There is no time limit.)
  • If you need your digital download quickly and cannot wait for our normal processing time, please contact our staff by e-mail at mail@ttf.org and we will try to help.
